Virtual cards issued through our platform are subject to the cardholder agreement. You agree not to use virtual cards for any illegal purpose or for any transaction that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Cryptocurrency services are provided by Choice Crypto LLC. Cryptocurrency assets are not FDIC insured, are not bank deposits, and may lose value. You agree that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
In no event shall Choice International Bank or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Choice International Bank's website/app.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
